KEY LIME PIE

Ingredients:
  • 9" pie crust
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 egg yolks

Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • In a large bowl WHISK in the 3 egg yolks
  • WHISK in the 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
  • slowly WHISK in 1/2 cup of key lime juice
  • when all mixed together pour into the 9" pie crust 
  • put it oven and bake for 15 mins.
